RA: I’ve always thought that behavioralinterviews have a weakness. I often wonder how Charlie Rose does so many good interviews. When I spoke to [Greenhouse CEO] Daniel Chait about behavioural interviews he said of course it’s going to be hard to remember stuff if you’ve only done it the odd time.
