I actually found the job on Washtington Post’s online job board in December 1996 – which was pretty early for a newspaper to have online job postings.

Jobs posted online, according to The Conference Board’s monthly counts , reached 5.7 million in November, the highest total since counting began in 2005. There is, of course, no guarantee that these trends will continue.
