After a successful tour in recruiting, I was sent to the Naval Postgraduate School and earned a master’s degree in information technology management. After several assignments in IT leadership roles, I decided to leave the Navy and joined Microsoft and eventually returned to my passion as a recruiting professional.
The part you might be surprised about is that I did 2 ½ years at a regular public school and 1 ½ at University of Phoenix and got more real world information in business than I ever did at the latter. The last 11 years he has been involved with federal government recruiting specializing within the cleared Intel space under OFCCP compliance.
