Diversity and Inclusion . It has been proven numerous times that diverse and inclusive teams perform better. It’s almost intuitive now, at least in terms of understanding on a face level, but there is a growing (and welcome) trend that seeks to hammer home the point that just hiring diverse employees isn’t enough.
