Ultimately, companies with strong, well-defined employer brands put themselves in the best position to attract the talent they need today, throughout 2014 and beyond. Authenticity, transparency and candor will improve customer and employee perception; it will also enhance your ability to recruit the right candidates.
A recent survey found that 92% of talent leaders who had implemented big data solutions were “satisfied” or “extremely satisfied” with the results, while 82% said big data “provided significant value to their organization” and their ability to recruit and retain top talent. Which might explain why we still suck at candidateexperience. And during the dot com days, when job boards were still in their infancy, online recruitment was more or less dominated by three major players. But let’s take the wayback machine to a simpler time: the early 2000s. of all external hires.
