Hiring managers and organizations always needing more candidates, even when they have enough, and never being satisfied, no matter how overstuffed a pipeline or slate might be, is simply part of being a sourcing or recruiting professional. You make our lives harder, the least we can do as recruiters is try to return the favor.
There’s been an increasingly intense, increasingly rancorous tone to the recruiting related banter of ugliness being flung on Facebook and Twitter each and every day. Yeah – go ahead and say phone sourcing is archaic and how Boolean is obsolete at your own risk, and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
