Illinois Scam Impacts Employees, Staffing Agencies

Staffing Talk

[link] In this alleged scam , an Illinois business defrauded employees and vendors alike, including at least two staffing companies, one of which took the high road in his comments: “I’m a big guy. I’ve been around the block,” said Val Shebeko, a partner in A+ Staffing. “If we get our money back, that would be terrific. But we can’t allow this kind of behavior in our local community, because most business that gets transacted around here is done on open terms.

Twitter, um I mean micro-blogging, is taking off as the networking platform of choice for recruiters.
